Latest Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) 2021 update:
On 15 March 2021, Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank shared with the Lok Sabha that the new recruitment of teachers in Kendriya Vidyalayas has not been done due to the Kovid-19 epidemic.
The minister has also said that the proposals for the inauguration of the new KV can only be considered. When sponsored by the Ministries or Departments of the Government of India / State Governments, this will be done as per the laid down norms for setting new norms of KVS.
In all cases for the inauguration of the new KV, the proposal received from various planning authorities will have to compete with the other proposals under the challenge method.
“Which, as told by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, the Minister said that last year about 572 teachers were newly recruited in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. At present, there are 40,662 teachers available in Kendriya Vidyalaya (KVs), And Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) has 11,808 teachers available.

Educational Qualification for KVS Teacher Jobs 2021
Principal: This candidate must have qualifications with at least 45% marks from any recognized university in India.
Vice Principal: Such job seekers are required to complete a master’s degree from any recognized university in India, a B.Ed with at least 50% marks, or an equivalent teaching degree in India.
Post Graduate Teachers (PGT): Aspirants You should have a 2-year integrated postgraduate course of NCERT Regional College of Education in a related subject with a B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree with a specialty in teaching Hindi and English language in India.
Primary Teacher (PRT): Candidates who have passed B.Ed or Central Teacher Eligibility Test with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with special qualification by the Government of India in teaching Hindi and English language in India, your bachelor’s degree It is possible.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): Such job seekers should have a 4 year integrated degree course of Regional College of NCERT with 50% aggregate marks in the concerned subject or B.Ed. in the related subject. Or equivalent teaching degree with special qualifications is required in teaching Hindi and English language in India.
