IBPS RRB 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The Candidates who are determined to be available for IBPS RRB, the candidate must fulfill all the eligibility conditions.

To apply for this specialist officer post, all the candidates must read the key skills, educational qualification, age limit, essential.

  • A candidate of Batu who complains against his / her character, and moral reputation, is not eligible to apply to the specialist officer also complaining about repayment of the loan.
  • If at any stage, a candidate obtains disqualification, the RRB is removed from the recruitment process.

Nationality:

This aspirant must be one of the following:

  • Citizen of India must
  • Also a subject of Nepal or Bhutan
  • A Tibetan refugee who came to India to live permanently before 1 January 1962
  • A person of Indian origin who came from Pakistan, Burma, Kenya, Sri Lanka, United Republic of Tanzania, Uganda, Zaire, Zambia, Malawi, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to settle permanently in India

IBPS RRB 2020-21 Age Limit

  • Officer Scale-III – Candidates should be above 21 years of age and below 40 years i.e. all candidates should not be born before 3 June 1980 and not later than 31 May 1999.
  • Officer Scale-II – All the candidates should be above 21 years of age and below 32 years, ie candidates are born not earlier than 3 June 1988 and later than 31 May 1999.
  • Officer Score-I – In this, candidates should be over 18 years of age and below 30 years, that is, all candidates should not be born before 3 June 1990 and not later than 31 May 2002.
  • Office Assistant – All candidates must be over 18 years of age and below 30 years, ie candidates should be born before 2 June 1992 and not later than 1 June 2002.

As per the IBPS Calendar 2021, the IBPS RRB Prelims Exam is held on 1, 2, 8, 9, 16 August 2021 for Officer Scale-I and it consists of 1, 2, 8, 9, 16 August 2021 for Office Assistant, Which MPS exam will be held on September 13, 2021 (Officer Scale I) and also on September 19, 2021 (Office Assistant).

  2. After filling in all the necessary details, upload your photo and signature.
  3. Passport size photographs (size -20 to 50 KB) and signature (10 to 20 KB) are to be scanned and uploaded in JPEG / JPG format.

IBPS RRB Syllabus 2021

The syllabus varies slightly for both the Preliminary Examination and Main Examination. The time duration of the preliminary examination is 45 minutes, while the time duration for the main examination is 2 hours.

It consists of 80 questions in the Preliminary Examination and together consists of two sections which include numerical ability and reasoning ability. It has a sectional cut-off and all the candidates are required to qualify the cut-off of each section to go through the main examination.

There is also a negative marking with each wrong question, in which 0.50 marks are deducted from the last mark for each wrong answer. Therefore, to avoid negative marking and clear the cutoff, all the candidates have to answer carefully. The Candidates who manage to pass the preliminary examination also receive a call for all the main exams.

  • It is also a two-stage written test for the IBPS Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant posts, however, for Officer Scale-II and III, only a single written examination is conducted.
  • All candidates applying for these officer-level positions have to appear and qualify in an interview round before final selection. There is no interview for an office assistant.
  • The exam is conducted with an online-based multiple choice question.
  • This is a negative marking of the one-quarter mark for each wrong answer.

IBPS RRB 2021 Cut-Off
